McFeely's does answer the phone promptly.  However, I have yet to receive a promised return call nor have my emails been answered.  But once connected, McFeely's shines in customer service.

That's odd to me. Since your 1st post today, I've collected emails from both Darin Lawrence and Chris Adams in response to your questions. I'm confused. Could we be dealing with a spam block problem?

Perhaps we can talk tomorrow. I have approximately a half dozen email responses to you from both Chris Adams and Darin Lawrence. Both gentlemen remember speaking with you, as do I, on several occasions.

Maybe there's something going on from a technical standpoint that makes us appear less than responsive to you. Both of the aforementioned gentlemen seemed concerned regarding your description of your correspondence with them.

In any case, I'm here to help.
 
Gentlemen,

Festool Dealers as a group and especially the ones on this forum are exceptional.  I strongly believe that whatever issues have come up can be dealt with positively.  However, not here...

This thread has moved from a general discussion to a specific customer service issue.  We need to move this to the Dealer Zone or offline where it can be dealt with properly.

Gentlemen,
I second Dan's comments regarding the Festool Dealers, and the need to move this to the Dealer Zone.
This is the proper place to work out specific sales issues.
I hope you can reach a satisfactory understanding here.
