Measuring Jig Materials

With the aid of MFT and Quas dogs I can make precise 90 and 45 degree cuts.  Would like to make my own small and large squares, triangles, and carpenter triangles. First thought was to use phenolic plywood ( 1/2" and 1/4 ") but are there better materials?  What about Corian type materials?

Suggestions most welcome.

How about aluminum?
