To all my friends on FOG, May you have a Healthy and Safe Christmas with your Family and Friends.

I realize I am a little early but things are getting hectic and I wanted to just let everyone know how I felt

After avoiding it for two weeks, I climbed onto the scales this morning.  I am up 5 pounds, so it is time to get the baggy sweatshirts out for the remainder of the month.  I did lose 25 pounds since April, so I'm not too desperate, but the loose jeans will be getting to be tight jeans if I don't cut back just a little.

I thought standing and walking around in my shop for hours at a time would be good exercise???   [wink]

Merry Christmas to all, enjoy family and friends, and all the great food, and worry about dieting after the holidays!
