How exactly do the MFS profiles connect together?  and what's the thickness dimension of the extrusions?

I've not seen any closeup photos of these nor have I found much detailed information on them.

I think my next Fes-Purchase is going to be a complete MFS system.  the MFS700 the Routing Slide + some spare LONG profiles,  but I'd sure like to know a bit more about this before I go dropping close to a grand on this stuff ;)

that, my friend,  is one hell of a write-up!
I am definitely buying the MFS system next...  no question about it!

thanks for the link,  and for your awesome publishing, Brice

Great guide Brice!

Glad to be of service.  [thumbs up]

Excellent guide - no pun intended.

I don't ever remember seeing that writeup Brice.

Thanks for sharing (and writing).  That had to take quite a bit of work.

Neil, it was from several years ago, I think 2008.  It started out as a review but then I got a little carried away.... [big grin]

I don't have one (yet) but it seems to be a tool that the more you use it the more uses you find for it.

Looking at Brice's guide the feature that appeals a lot is the variety of work piece clamping options available.

The mfs is on my short list. I would love to get some hands on use with it with an experienced user. Routers are a weak link for me and I'm saving up to go out to the Festool router class.
