I am new to the MFT/3 world.  I would like to be able to cross cut full width 4x8 sheets.  Has anyone seen a way to add on an expansion (maybe with 80/20) to use the existing guide rail supports with pivot and switch out to a 1400?  Thanks.

I took 2 MFT/3s and joined them long side to long side using Bosch Rexroth profiles, and spanned them with a FS1900 rail, allowing me more than enough room to cross cut a full sheet of ply.  By raising the rail and dropping the non-pivot side rail support down to just below table height, and placing some shop-made support tables at the rear, I can rip the full sheet as well by connecting 2 FS1400 rails utilizing a Betterley alignment aid.

Hope this helps.
