Thougt I'd share what I came up with for a simple V-groove attachment. I wanted to fit a little basket on my MFT to hold router accessories while routing (wrenches, etc). But I wanted it small, easily attached without knobs. Material is 24mm ply which I planed at 45 degrees and attached another 6mm ply to.
This is how it came out:

To hold it vertically I put two screws with steel distances through the plate. I don't know what these distances are called. But they are available at IKEA's replacement parts disk priced per kg, at least in Sweden. I filed them down on two sides to fit them. The holder fits very snug from start, but it's also possible to lock it down completely by rotating the screws a couple of degrees, which pivots the filed part against the T-groove of the MFT.
