MFT/3 vs Miter Saw

When you got your MFT/3, did you totally abandon your miter saw?  Or do you still have it and use it for things you can't do with the MFT/3?

No.

Yes, or things that I could do on either but are a heckuva lot easier on the miter saw. Different tools for different applications; I can't crosscut 32" cabinet sides on the Kapex but it'd be a nightmare cutting crown or shoe mold on the MFT. Just one example...

I don't hardly use the mft/3 with the fence and guide rail.

It is more of a work table for me.  Plus, what would I do with my Kapex?

Same here.

My Table Saw is used daily when I am in the shop and if the crosscut is too wide for the Kapex then I will set up the MFT/3 for the cut. I do not use sleds on my table saw...

I miss my table saw almost everytime I go out to the shop.  I use the hell outta my MFT.  It works really well but even using qwas dogs for miters they aren't quite perfect.  Close but no cigar.  Getting closer to getting my Hammer slider!
