MFT AND VISE mount system

FYI  I THINK this will work OK as a way to mount a vise to the table. The dog's came off ebay and have 5/16 thread that will accept festool knobs. I just need to get some mounting screws. And the dog's mounting bolts have a small amount of play so to lock the dogs on the plate precisely to fit the table holes. This vise came from Woodcraft wood river brand but is sold buy many others

Keep in mind that's just MDF you're bolting that monster to ... I personally wouldn't be approaching mounting a vise of that size in that manner. At the very least I'd sandwich a plate on the underside to spread the stress ... but again, I'd be caustious and conservative about the items I put in it.

Yes you are correct on that and I have a large vise mounted outside in about 2500 lbs of concrete. This one is for light loads just like a 3 hand.
