Hello, my cross member has broken.  Less than 5 uses, need a replacement part:
475203.

Not a real big fan of Festool service.  Have left messages before and never received a call back.  The FOG forum has been far more responsive.

The system would not allow me to send 'private message'.  It was blocked.  No idea which Tyler you are aside from the auto generated FestoolUSA address (which is what I used).
