Im just sharing a couple ideas for someone who doesn't want to drop $660 for a mft/3 I have $275 in materials used MDO plywood on my Ron Paulk inspired mft bench and that includes a cnc'd top I bought of eBay for $130. I love Paulk's designs easy to build and not to expensive to produce. The assembly table I plan to add some more goodies like t-slot tracks and shop made fences.

Mine is  similar, I think.  It's 3x7 feet.  I used pegboard and the woodrave router base and $30/sheet pine plywood from Home Depot so my cost is a lot less.  My base is also permanent.  I built a Paulk crosscut jig for it too.  The plywood I used is from Chile and very nice for the price.  I used 3/4 and it rolls on 6 total locking casters.

That is quite a trick to balance your bench on the end of your vac hose. [scared]

I am curious about plywood from Chile. Is there anything different or unique about it?

I didn't notice the comment on my plywood from Chile until just now.  I don't think it is terribly unique, just a good deal.  One surface is very good, I would say A grade, and the other is pretty good, a B or C depending on the sheet.  Sometimes both are clear of knots and the A side always is.  Voids are also limited.  The wood seems softer than normal southern yellow pine, however.  I think it also has interior glue which I consider a drawback.  But I've used a bunch of it on shop projects.  For $30/sheet, I've seen nothing comparable.  I get it at Home Depot.  I picked it based upon appearance and price and noticed the "made in Chile" sticker when I got the first sheets home.
