MFT3 + cms ground unit

The MFT 3 has an option with the ground unit from CMS but it only has 2 legs .https://www.festool.be/NL/Products/...d=495510&name=Multifunctionele-tafel-MFT-3-VL

Does anybody have some experience with this ?

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand your question.

No, for that you'll need the MFT/VL (495510).
You can use the CMS inserts in that extension.
I use it myself and it's very handy. Although it's placed on the short size of the MFT. So it doesn't function as an extension of the inserts.

You can't 'couple' the CMS (4 legged base unit) to the MFT, but the top heights are the same, so you can use them as supports for each other with large workpieces. The Precisio is also the same height.
