Midi Issue, need advice

I've had my Midi for a year or so, it should still be under the warranty.  My issue is the reciptical is loose, so the cordseasily fall out.  It is extremely annoying when you are sanding or in a cut and the connection comes loose causing the tool to shut off.  My question is: I assume this is a warranty issue, has anyone else had this problem? Should I send the unit back in to be fixed or is there another option to self fix without voiding the warranty.

Search the forum and you'll see this is not uncommon.  Call Festool's service department and they'll take care of you.

I bent the prongs just enough apart so that they would "grip" the socket.
