Got fed up leaning down to change leads, so knocked this up it works well and also releases more hose as it's up off the floor will add maybe a shelf above and a  couple of hooks.
Cable winds around the rear cost offcuts and £16 for the castors

Instead/ as well as , how about putting a a panel on the side so that you can add sustainers and a sortrainer on top of the vac.
Peg board so that you can add hooks to hang sanders etc…

I might just have to do the same.

I wanted to keep the footprint small so it was easy to roll (it is I was concerned it may be a bit unstable but works fine) it will also take my old bosch vac, and the cleaning kit underneath.
As I said I didn't realise how annoying it could get leaning over (and I am not tall [tongue])
