MIDI vac top cover

Is it possible to replace the top cover of a midi vac? I have an older vac with a cracked top cover. Could I replace the top (where the systainer attaches) with the newer style top that is set up to work with the t-locs?

Just call Festool Service 800-554-8741 to place your order. I believe the part number is 499748, but they can verify it. Total cost is about $60.

Yep - I did the replacement referenced in that thread and it's a BIG improvement with the T-loc top.
