Miss the cable hooks - Boom on a CTL-26

Hi,
Ever since I got the CTL-ASA boom to my CTL-26 vacuum cleaner have I been annoyed that i can't wind the cable on the hooks anymore! [mad]
Thinking solving this by getting the CTL- 44 mounts so I can booth can have the boom on and at the same time  be able to wind the cable.

Has anyone done this?

Does anyone knows if the handlebars have the same width between CTL-26 and CTL-44?
Are the mounts and cable hooks interchangeable?  [eek]

Please advise if anyone have the experience  & knowledge .....!

That first photo is of my CT22 with two of the Boom Arm's upper brackets and cord holders. Sure made it easier to wrap the cord. Unfortunately, I took the additional upper bracket and cord holders off when I sold my second CT22 so I could offer it with the handle.

No, but, aren't the parts for the CT22's handle still available through the parts department? Maybe you need to order the extra cord clips AND another entire handle if the bracket parts aren't available separately.

Strange .. .I called Festool and they told me that parts are note interchangeable between Ctl44 and Ctl36...!
They said it was different distance between the pipes/bars.

Could anyone confirm? Could some measure the distans between the bars on a CTL44/22?
