Missed the Festool deal of a lifetime

So, a few weekends ago I was out with my wife. A friend called, but I wanted to be a good attentive husband and let it go to voicemail. Two hours later I checked. He was at a garage sale. A surgeon was moving and was selling a T55, CT, and MFT, all shiny and good as new, and... wait for it... would take $200!!!!! Yes $200 for over $2000 in Festool!!! Well, I called back, but my friend had moved on. He is not a woodworker, but suspected this was a great deal. He went back a few times, but the surgeon wasn't home. I am trying not to think about this, but someone in suburban Philly made out like a bandit. They may have posted here. I am too afraid to search...

I will, from now on, always answer my phone no matter where I am and what I am doing!!! [smile]

This is getting worse with time! Lesson learned #2. Try to meet more high paid surgeons interested in woodworking.
