Missing Extension Table for CMS-VL MFT/3 Router Table Set

I can't believe this, but I just unpacked a huge box with my CMS-VL MFT/3 Router Table Set and the extension table was note there.  Has this happened to anyone else?
My MFT/3 arrived as well.  It's hard to miss a part like the out feed extension.  I looked through the mass of cardboard many times.  Heck It all should be in the same giant box.  All purchased through Amazon.

I am a hobbyist and have owned the 55 plunge saw forever.  In the last month I've added the CT Midi, OF-1400 and 150/5 sander.

Just contact your dealer.  I ordered the CMS a while back and it was missing a few things, Uncle Bob and Shane took care of it.

Sadly, after looking at my table, I see why it won't work with the VL.  The leg telemetry is off.  [crying] and  [censored]

Moving on... I thought the white nylon screws behind the right fence were for adjusting vertical square.  Mine is off about 1/32"
When I removed the right slider I saw that the nylon screws were recessed and nowhere near the sliding fence.  I tried to adjust them and, like most nylon screws, the heads became munged up before I could advance them near the fence.

Many thanks

The images showing the Extension on that Festool page are of the GE. You are correct, the description is wrong.

I'm just a dumb hobbyist.  That said,  I think I just paid more for less.

Here's why I buy from Amazon and use my Amex:
Today's email from Amazon.....
1. A partial refund of $390.00 to your credit card and you may purchase the item either locally or from the merchant "Festool".

2. A free replacement. In this case, we'll send you a free replacement and also we'll arrange a pick up for the original item at no additional cost.

I think I'll take #1.
Now I can buy that Lie Nielsen plane I've wanted.    No.7 or No. 4  ?

Wow, I did not know Amazon would do that, $390 is not bad.  I have used their exchange service and it was great.

I am a dumb hobbyist as well and knew that the VL was the one for me. It is less than the GE and I wanted it attached to my MFT.

It is also wider than the GE on indeed and out feed and never felt the need for a small extension table.

Now onto the $390 as Tom mentioned...  What is that for?

What's the $390 for?

Tom

Because the description was wrong and the item I purchased was not what was described in the listing.  They knew it would take a lost of cost and effort to pack it up and return it so they offered $390 if I kept the product.

New CMS table issue.   The the CT dust extractor "Y" adapter does not fit my CT Midi.   Is there a part that will make it fit?

I had Amazon give me a credit on a damaged in transit Makita planer, the top handle was broken but it did not affect the machine. Don't remember if it was as nice as this 30% refund!! I would presume it is soooo much easier for Amazon to give a credit than to arrange for pickup and pay freight to get the CMS back! And, hopefully, they have a happy customer as well.

I am speechless.

Sorry about Toby.

Continuing on with the dumber hobbyist theme.
I ordered the VL because it was $300 cheaper than the GE......  Being an idiot, I didn't figure out why until it was in transit.  So, heck, I might as well get an MFT/3.  The MFT/3 Set arrived yesterday and I'm learning about both products.
