Missing item in MFK700 systainer

I purchased a new MFK700 last month and I've had fun using the router.  For some reason, something didn't seem right.  After scratching my head a couple of times, I noticed I was missing the piece of paper that goes under the systainer top.  I don't think I would have a problem, but after viewing Brice's review of the MFK, I noticed they include a picture of how everything fits in the systainer.  Has this tiny mishap happened to anyone else?  Should I just call the service department?  Thanks.

I just bought a new KAPEX and the instruction manual was missing.  The instruction manual that was included was for the MFT/3 and MFT/KAPEX.  I guess that's why they have erasers on the end of pencils.  Stuff happens and even Festool isn't beyond the occasional slipup.

I got one like that too in November.  I emailed Festool and the MFK700 systainer cardboard was in my hands in 2 days.

I would call Festool, you'll want that picture to figure out how to get everything back in there.

I had to call this week for a boom arm part and the service was wonderful.  It's great to call a company and never hear a computer voice.  It reminds me of the good ole days.  I am sure it will be smooth getting the cardboard part for my 700.  I wouldn't really care, but I do like the picture showing where everything belongs. 

I've been thinking, we might want to save an area in the forum where folks post how they organized their tools and accessories inside the systainer.  For the life of me, I can't figure out how to put all the accessories inside the 1400 & 1010 systainers.

Yes, Seth has provided a great wealth of information on Systainers that can be found at talkFestool: Festool and Tanos - All Things Systainer.  He hadn't done one for the OF 1010, so I followed his lead on that one.
