My Easter mini-project today was to finally get my act together and whack together this little roller board for my mitre saw when it's stored away under the stair.

This little baby saves my back a lot of pains [big grin]
15mm birch plywood cut to size with my TS55 on track, 26mm Forstner holes drilled with my CXS, enlargened to 35mm with my Panasonic drill to make insertation easier (the CXS Jacobs chuck would not accept the 35mm Forstner bit thickness wise and I highly doubt it would have had the power to run it anyway), casters screwed on with the CXS. Total time from start to finish about 60min - 'planning time' about two years [embarassed].
