I have a dewalt hate it and a saw helper. Like it but bulky. What's your favorite custom made? I think I should just make one. Any ideas?

How dare you put a mitre saw on your table, a table of that quality should have and antique clock on it not a saw, worse still is your suggesting someone puts a Dewalt on it, sacrilege absolute sacrilege.
Having watched your video I noticed you had loads of video's, started watching them and now I am hooked, you should be put up for an Oscar

I finally got my Kapex and slowly gather material to build your awesome stand. I have a question regarding the structure and would like your opinion. I was thinking of altering your plan slightly to suit my shop needs. As I'm cramped for space id was thinking of removing the middle divider and using shelves with slides. I wanted to my CT 26 in side and put cupboard doors on front and room to run the 36mm house thru the back to the saw. The question I have is if I remove the middle support on the cabinet would the cabinet to structurally strong enough to support the weight? or should I beef up the structure.
I didn't really want to change the over all dimension as i would like the height to still align with MFT table and I didn't want that big a gap between the crown stops and the side support.
Just curious on your thought on what you would do. I haven't order building material yet but I'm currently waiting on castors and drawers guides to arrive.
cheers

Great portable stand! I did the same thing when I first got the Kapex. I then bought extra Dewalt supports that allows me the ability to swap out my three saws without having to adjust the height or the fence. Plus it's easier to store the wings without the crown wings attached.[attachimg=1]
