Nice Tom.  So I take it you are spraying in your shop and letting it dry in transport?  If so that is an efficient way to go.

Spray, from spray area to rack, close the back door. These will go to a job on Monday, just don't have the room to rack all the pieces without using the trailer.

Save the space in the shop, and have to move it less.great idea.

Excellent idea. The streets around where I live are so bumpy that the trim would be all over the place by the time I got to the jobsite.

It would also be a good idea for on-site pre-finish storage. It's rare that we ever get any space or that other contractors aren't making a mess around where we're working that would ruin the finish.

I used furniture moving pads draped and clamped to the 2x4's at the open end to control the load. Worked really well.
