Everything in the first photo fits in 4 Systainers and a guide rail case.

SYS-5          70+ hand tools, glue, fillers, SYS-lite, first aid kit, MFT lid
SYS-5          Extractor kit, 36mm x 3.5m hose, 27mm x 380mm hose, drop cloth (shower curtain), 2 x dust
shrouds for drilling, CT wings, 240v plug in mains tester, 2' mains lead, MFT lid
SYS-5          Nail gun kit, Senco 1010 compressor, 18' air hose, 18g nail gun. Nails stored in lid.
SYS-TB2      Mirka Abranet hand sanding kit and abrasives, 12 x Bessey Kliklamps, 2 x Winbag air wedges
Case            2 x 1400 + 1 x 800 guide rails, 1400 level + 800 digital level, Betterley connector, 1m steel rule

The second photo is my usual mobile kit. Eleven Systainers, a guide rail case, a mitre saw and a dust extractor with a Dust Deputy cyclone. All this easily fits in a small van or a confined workspace.

Guide rail case, TS 55R, OF1010, PDC combi drill, Mafell P1cc, SYM-70 mitre saw, CT Midi + Dust Deputy
Senco nail gun kit, SYS-5 extractor kit, SYS-5 hand tools, SYS-TB Mirka Abranet kit, 12 x Bessey clamps
Rotex 150 + LS 130, ETS/EC 150 + DTS 400 sanders, SYS screws and fixings

The idea of putting two sanders in one Systainer was something I saw here recently that I thought was really neat. Every power tool - including the drill and sanding by hand has dust extraction. Spare blades/bits/abrasives all fit in the Systainer with the relevant tool.

I don't use an MFT/3 for on site use, I cut on the floor on top of long scrap pieces of MDF. The SYM-70 is used on the floor as well with a block of wood on each side the height of the saw table.
The MFT lids on the SYS-5s make a great work table with two Festool screw clamps that reside in the bottom of the TS-55R Systainer, they also make great hop-ups as they're 16"tall. The SYM-70 gets used over 90% of the time and the Kapex for the remainder.

That's really cool i like it .I have been trying (On a smaller scale as I don't use every thing every day) to get a bit of mobile kit organised

The problem I could see with that amount of gear would only work on your own .unless you have a really well trained assistant

I always work on my own. The only exception to this is the transportation of large assembled cabinets that I struggle to move around a workshop by myself and the fact I only drive a small van. I have a mate with a big Mercedes van who helps me move large items out of my workshop and in to where it's being installed. He's local, very helpful, doesn't charge me much, been reliable for years and takes away all the scraps I'm sick to death of...

I call this a 'mobile kit', that's usually these 11 Systainers.  But it's also exactly the same tools that are used in the workshop, apart from the CT-Midi, SYS-5 vac kit and guide rail case contents.

Nice job.  [thumbs up]

My mobile kit is a little different but the same basic idea of getting everything in to easily transportable units. Counting separate systainers / sortainers it is eight, but those are combined in four Sys - V height stacks plus a sys - II. Not counting adding in what ever power tools (typically  2- 3 more) are needed, plus Kapex and one or two vacs.  But i've got the drill , vecturo, and jigsaw in the basic units. I do generally need the MFT/3 too.

The Systainer open tool box I stored clamps and an Abranet sanding kit in has been replaced with a third  SYS-5 with an MFT lid. This is 50% more worktop area with 3 of them now and other Systainers can stack on top, which is 2 very welcome improvements over the open toolbox.
The Domino with an 8mm bit was used for the stand for the clamps which is a great fit on Bessey DuoKlamp 160s.
