Mobile Woodshop Episode 2

One thing I'll suggest early so you can plan for it now- build in a gate or guard to keep yourself from stepping out the back of the truck while you're working in there.  I had a guy I worked with who had a cube van with a full ahop, and pretty much everyone who ever worked in there fell out at least one. When you're in the groove and working away, its too easy to just take one two many steps backwards or sideways and end up on the ground!

again i'll second Bobs comments.  I lost two fingers unloading cabinets out of a cube van not unlike the one you own, essentially I was pulled off the ramp by the fellow on the other end of the cabinet. please take the fall hazard into consideration when designing your layout. Other than that i'm really eager to see what you come up with.
oh oh oh one more thing, those things can cook in the summer, something to keep in mind if you're planning on doing a lot of work in it

I would get tired really quick from going up and down that truck all the time.

My biggest concern is if he can stand fully upright in the new truck. Having to walk around partially bent over, even a little bit is very tiring and ultimately irritating.
