I've been working on this concept for a while with a view to producing all the parts on my desktop cnc machine. If you download the model and zoom the drawer glides you'll see there is a stop milled to prevent the drawers from jumping out in transit. The drawer bottom will have round head screws which will locate these profiles and prevent movement unless the drawer is lifted slightly prior to pulling out.

I got my very first Festool in the form of the TS55 especially for the task of breaking up sheets to feed the cnc machine and I my only regret is I didn't do it years ago!
