I use the domino for kitchen carcases.  Many many dominoes, hours of dominoes. The cross stops loosen and fall out with this much use.  Now one has broken (tightened it too many times, too much?).  The small plastic D inside it cracked.

I love my Domiplate.  Anyone seen anything like that to replace the cross stops?

Any source for the little plastic internal "D" that broke.  I need a few.  Can't afford the down time and buying multiple cross stops seems a waste.

I sold my Domino cross stops after a couple of months -- didn't find them to be all that much faster than pencil marks, even when batching material.

If you want robust, and super expensive, you could always look for the Woodpecker OTT set on the second hand market:http://www.woodpeck.com/ottdf500obs.html

I ,too, quickly abandoned the Festool cross stop. I went in two different directions. I created a set of templates of various widths to allow consistent pencil marks. The second approach was to adopt Maestro Peter Parfitt's spacer concept. Presently, I am on a third direction, purchasing a used WoodPecker's cross stop mentioned above. I expect delivery in the next week.

I was at the Woodworker's show in NJ the 18th of last month and WoodPeckers had 3 of their DF 500 Offset Base System for sale. I picked up one for my buddy. You should give them a ring. You may get lucky.

I would expect woodpeckers to re-introduce that at some point. Just to good of add on not to. Good luck.

Just replaced the little internal D-shaped pats in the cross stop.  It tightened them up again.  Not perfect but reasonable.  I bought 10 of them for eighty cents each.  I think with me over tightening them out of frustration the little part got deformed.

Wish there was a simple solid remake of the connector end of the cross stop.
