Motivation gap

Hi folx
Thanx for all the tips and ideas. I'll probably take it easy on myself and take a break from woodworking for the time being.
I agree it's a somewhat odd question i asked, but then ,i think , there's more people having a low every now+ then, and that's why i asked.
Thanks for replying, y'all..
Best regards A.

The best way to get out any sort of a funk is always to help someone else.  I go volunteer at animal rescue places.  Even if you don't have some of the organizations that exist in the US, there has to be someone around that needs something useful or beautiful....

Maybe make wooden toys for several months and donate to needy families around Christmas time?

One of my goals was a full-size carousel horse.  Talk about a giant project!  I don't know that I will ever get there, but there is a chance, right?  [tongue]

Hi folx
I'm having a bit of a motivation problem towards woodworking at the moment.
There's nothing to be done for our house, we got all the furniture we need/ can use and now i wonder: could you be so kind as to propose projects to me?

How about some present ideas:

Good luck.

When I find myself lacking motivation, I work on my tree house. I mean, my son's tree house.

I find it helpful to never finish anything. That way, there is always something to do.
