Moving into Sys-Combi

I’d like to move some of my existing tools into the new sys-combi 2 and 3 I just ordered. I haven’t looked to closely at them yet, but is it relatively easy to get the molded tool insterts/supports out of the old systainers and into the new?  How about the cards and any supports built into the lid?  Any tips or tricks?

For the vacuum formed inserts I've worked with, it was pretty easy to pull them out and slide them into other systainers.  Similarly the cards as well just slide in an out.  As for the lid, I've seen things glued or screwed in, that might require careful work to take off.
