Moving to a Kentucky warehouse.

So Bob, since you are moving across the river, will my Orders coming from Ohio not have sales tax soon?  You are still my most geographic dealer (even though you won't let me come get my stuff!!)

Good luck on the move. I was just in Hebron on my way to Burlington this weekend. Plus you are VERY close to the airport!

Cheers. Bryan.

That would be correct regarding sales tax. Yeah, most fulfillment centers/warehouses - including Festool, simply don't permit retail pickups.
Sweet! Makes me happy too! Bob has always been  great for service. Hope the move goes well.

I am a sucker for warehouse inventory photos! Best of luck in the new place Bob---

I'll take one of each and two of everything else.  [jawdrop]

When I win the Powerball jackpot maybe, until then I'll have
to make do with what I have.

Thanks again guys. Yes, hoping to keep glitches to the absolute minimum. And the next time I visit the warehouse hoping to see more of Kentucky.

Bob,
Looks great! Looks like you have a problem with too much inventory- maybe we should all help you out by ordering something?  [wink]

If you ever need a fulfillment warehouse in South Dakota, my company has some extra room- that would cut down on my shipping time too!  My team uses lots of bubble wrap so we got that covered.

Regards,
Gerald

Let me know and I can take you around!

@BobMarino - that smile on your face in the warehouse picture says it all: "Mission accomplished!"
It's not just moving of the physical inventory - we all know systems integration has a way of being the most challenging part sometimes.

Congratulations!

Well, we certainly had more than the expected amount of glitches - and I apologize for those waiting longer than expected for their orders and/or lack of shipping emails with tracking. We are are working on these fixes and other smaller issues. So, to better expedite orders (because some skews are still quirky) effective 4pm today, orders placed after that time will be sent to Festool for drop shipment. The good news is that Festool is a pretty fast and efficient shipper and has just about everything in stock. This alleviates pressure on the warehouse while updating/correcting skews. Also, since the items will be dropped shipped, some non-Festool items like Qwas products, HOSEADAPTER and KAPEXHOSE won't be available for ordering. We hope to be back to regular warehouse shipping by Wednesday.
