Does the top of the multifunction stool hold a systainer like the top of the dust extractors?  I noticed in some pictures that the foam seat pad is removable and would like to use the top of the stool to stack and transport systainers in certain situations.

Thanks!

I am pretty sure the answer is no, at least the Systainers don't lock on like they do on the vacs. The cushion does come right off, but it leaves you with the stool as shown below. To lock Systainers to the stool, you have to have the work center attached.

Correct.

Maybe you could order just the "Base Plate" for the WCR 1000 as a spare part? Part Number is 35000318 and it lists at 26.00 USD...

You'd have to find some way of quickly attaching it and swapping it out to put the stool pad back on though, but at least you would be able to secure your Systainers.
