mx 1600 /2 Stirrer Storage

Hi,

I picked up an MX 1600/2 stirrer a little while back, so far it hasn't got out of its cardboard packaging. Are there any experiences of more long term storage solutions for it? I'm less worried about the paddles themselves.

I think I saw on a previous search someone fitting a smaller version of the stirrer into a systainer 5... I don't have a spare one to check, but am sure based on my calcs it wont fit.

If anyone has other ideas I'd be very grateful!

Hi Ben, can you not just remove the paddle, and put the power head into a systainer?

I tried a systainer 4, paddle off and ergofix pushed all the way in. Unfortunately the diagonal of the tool is just too big to squeeze into the systainer. I tried a spare dewalt toughsystem 400 container and wouldn’t go in there either.
