my c-12 storage

A few weeks ago BuilderBob posted a pic of his rolling drill storage and I was impressed.  So I called up Sean at www.systainerworld.com and ordered a t-lock attic sys2 and a Tanos Drawer-Sys1.  I love the setup and extra space in the sys2 for the drill and the charger, no more fighting to get the charger cord in the right spot.  Enjoy the pics

The attic latch is much better then the old one.  And having this bit storage is great.

I had used a sort4 before but the bottom drawer was so big I would just throw junk in there plus it was heavy and big.  This one is the perfect size for me.  I can carry all the stuff I need and its not to big.  Festool / Tanos makes it way easier to stay neat.

What size office do you have now and did Sean give you a reserved parking spot?  [big grin]
 
My drill, charger, battery and all the chucks go in the big drawer.

Screw tips, drill bits and all that stuff go in the other 3 drawers.

 
I tried that and even cut up the inset to get it to fit.  But I wasn't happy with it.  I felt the drawer was to thin to hold all that weight.  How long have you been using that setup??

Couple years.
 
I've got a sort V,  it has two large bottom drawers.  I have the bosch cordless multi master in the lower drawer (I have 10 batteries  [cool]), a mini makita drill/impact set in the second drawer and bits/screws in the three upper drawers.  It has held up for about a year so far.
 
Wow thats alot of stuff.  I guess those big drawers are stonger than they look.

I keep my C-12, charger, extra battery, all the chucks, and a few other drill accessories in the big drawer in my sort 4.
