A good friend of mine was visiting the US and was kind enough to bring along a few goodies for me:

[attachimg=#]

In case you can't tell, the item on the left is a Toolie (4988630). The other two are the bit sets for the attic lid: 24 bit set (769094) and 6 bit set (769095).

I don't know if I achieved it, but one of my bucket list items is to have a Festool something - ANYTHING - that Seth doesn't have!

;D

I'm hoping to pick up the attic bits and drill this week while on vacation.

Oh, there is a lot of stuff I don't have. Like the bit sets you just posted, .......................  yet.  [wink]

Seth

Confused by the title ?  Is it supposed to say UK ?  Didn't think you guys could get the toolies over there.

I saw both of the bit packs, formerly from Protool and now Festool, in my German store today.  They also have 6 piece set of drill bits for wood and another for masonry. All around US$ 40-50 each.

I "might" be willing to take orders in April/May to bring back to the USA in June when we permanently leave Germany.

Cheers,

Frank

Well, whadaya know - that was kind of anti-climactic. I thought it would be a lot harder goal to achieve.

[thumbs up]

I *do* know that I will NEVER get into a 'Systainer Stack Height' contest with you. That is unless I win the lottery...and maybe not even then!!

Frank, old buddy, old pal -  how big of a container do you have to ship things back in?

[drooling]

I would be interested if this dealer does not have them. I heard they don't carry much Festool.

For those of you that are "Protool curious" ...

Thanks for the picture of your toes there!! [thumbs up]  Nicely done on the toenails! [eek]

So.... does having both Festool and Protool colors make you Bi-Curious??  [big grin]

Well the store here in Iceland did not have the bit sets for the attic. I looked at the 10 piece router set but they wanted $700+ US dollars which is a bit steep.

In all honesty I'm sad the Protool colours are going - the different colour systainers instantly differentiates the tools.

Toenails? Sorry - I didn't notice them creep in [embarassed]

Almost as pristine condition as the contents of his attic lid  [smile]
