My Shopfitting Photos

Seeing the photos seem to require friending you on FB - so no, they don't work.

They work for me. Nice stuff! Like Tim I was shocked you have Tim Hortons over there, I thought only canadians had to endure their coffee and tiny sugar packed donuts. The tropics of Canada apologize. On the subject of work in Ireland, there seems to be a fresh wave of irish immigrants coming over here due to lack of work in Eire. Everyone i worked with was a great laugh and hard working very talented carpenters. Come on over to Canada should work dry up for you there, it's cold but we can put you to work.

I would come over but I need to have a job offer in place before I go over to ye! Don't suppose you know any shopfitting company that would give me a job offer to go over?

I like Tim Hortans doughnuts especially the chocolate ones filled with chocolate!  [eek]

Thanks for looking at my photos

Us Irish love the 17th as well!!!  [eek]

I only fitted a small section of that job and the other lads I worked with fitted the rest. They left their work very rough and I pointed it out to the boss he told me to be quiet and say nothing even tho I told him what they did was wrong! Needless to say I no longer work for them wasters! [tongue]

I can't see any pics ?  I don't do Facebook, would that have anything to do with it ?

Yes old man  [tongue]  You will need a facebook account lol

Ya Woodfit as jmbfestool says u need a Facebook account to view them. I can't figure out how people can see them without logging into their Facebook account.  :(

It looks like you do commercial and residential finish carpentry. Based on the photos it is difficult for me to get a clear idea of the exact work that you perform. I did not look at all the albums but many of the albums I reviewed showed poor focus and lighting in the pictures. If you do not have a quality camera and external flash, get one soon. That will be a worthwhile investment for your sales and marketing efforts. Welcome to the forum!

Don't take my short post as a dig on your work, just your photography. [wink]

Ya I was never any good at photography to be honest. Iv only started using my iPhone camera in the last while.
I do commercial shopfitting carpentry mostly. Over here in Ireland we call it shopfitting. It's generally cabinet makers that do this kind of work. The last two years I have worked 50 / 50 in both workshop and on site.

When I'm site I do the retail fit out and usually end up hanging the doors, skirting and architrave also.

Brett, I don't do Facebook as I'm not 14 anymore  [tongue]  [poke]

That's pretty funny. I had a Facebook account for a while until all those f icons [eek] started appearing on a lot of the sites I visit. I decided that I didn't like having every move I made on the web tracked so I disabled my facebook account and started using some of the blocking plugins. I've also started using DuckDuckGo so Google can't track every search I do.
