Got asked by dean to post a few pics of my van racking so here it is poles are ikea wardrobe , shelves are half inch ply with 25mm alloy 'l' shape section feet are screwed to sub floor 2 in each foot and a strip of ply at the top with four screws in so only 8 fixing in each rack. Long rack is about 15kg and short rack is about 10kg hope you guys like.

Thats a very nice setup there. You would hardly know that weight is in van apart from the tools

Yeah it works well also for got to say the shelves totally adjustable with just 2 nuts. Undo get the height to what you want and just re tighten
