MyFestool repair issue

When I go to MyFestool for a repair and it asks if my address is correct it is prompting me to choose the suggested address but once that is selected there is no button to proceed and the window is impossible to get through etc. No send button is visible. Even if I try resizing the browser window.
 
The Festool UK site was absolute garbage a few years ago, couldn't register a few items and eventually just lost interest in the whole procedure.

I honestly preferred the day when I just had to fill a little card with a few details to register tools.
I don't want to remember passwords or especially faff about with a phone app.
 
It does all seem pointless if the myFestool portal is almost useless. At least this time I was able to book the repair through it. Last time it would not load the correct information. As we all know the website has never been great and even terrible at times. Odd to me how long this has persisted with the company ever since I started buying some of their tools which is more than 12 years ago.
 
On the one hand, I hope AI won't replace human beings because without jobs, there'll be no life. But on the other hand, stories like this "useless" portal -- designed and managed by human -- that causes just upsets to its users drive me to want AI to take over human performances.

Well. We know banking is another example in the service industry where user unhappiness happens all the time. Maybe AI will be the future cure:
