Is the person who answers the comments on Festool USA facebook Shane?

Or is the facebook accounts ran by someone else in the company?

It's mostly me.

We do have an outside agency that does some of the stuff on Facebook.

Why?

No particular reason, it just went through my mind while I was reading the lastest post on Facebook.
It's always good to know who your talking to if possible.

I am almost exclusively the one who would post comments and reply to questions.

We have someone that does collect content for us and schedules some of the posts to articles, videos, etc.

Every company that has what I'm going to call RETAIL customers should have someone like Shane (someone that does the "social media" aspect of marketing, sales, and support).  I have no idea why companies like Boeing, Cisco, etc, run commercials.  It's rare that any of us actuall go out and make purchasing decisions to buy these products because we saw a commercial.

Companies like Festool on the other hand...wow...the power of marketing (green koolaid) is very strong.  I'm in sales and I love the approach of Festool USA.
