Need help finding a part number

Nobody I have been in touch with at Festool seems to be willing and able to help me identify a part on the hose of my ct-mini vacuum and I am hoping somebody here can help me out. I haven’t been able to find hose parts documented anywhere.

During a particularly energetic attempt to clear a clog in my hose, I lost the ring that goes around or behind the piece that screws into the hose, and that clips into the right angle piece that sits in the vacuum itself.

Attached is a photo of what I have now. Can anybody help me figure out how to get the missing piece ordered?

Thanks.

I don't think they sell just the missing pieces, I think you need to order the entire end 202505...$31 for the 27 mm hose.

Thanks bernmc and cheese.

Bernmc, the parts diagrams you referenced are similar or identical to the ones I’ve already seen on the U.S. Festool website and don’t seem to include the part or parts that I would consider integral to the hose, not the vacuum, and that I am looking for. There is a parts diagram for the hose, but the only part listed seems to be the hose itself.

Cheese, the part you refer to is the right angle piece that sits in the vacuum, which fortunately I have not managed to lose yet.

I find it really disappointing that I’ve tried on at least two separate occasions to get the information I am looking for directly from festool, and they stop responding to my emails after directing me to their parts diagrams, in one case, or to the accessories page, in another. It could be that I am not seeing something obvious, but it would be nice if they would make the effort to tell me so.

Based on their dreadful customer service, I can’t imagine purchasing any more of their tools.

Thanks again.

There is hose, and there are fittings that are added to hose to make a complete assembly.

The only stuff that is “integral to the hose” is the hose itself.

If you lost part of the fitting and can’t find it you’ll have to buy a new fitting.

I thought the hose end you showed attached to the right angle piece still in the vacuum, if so as Michael stated, you'll have to purchase a new angle connector. The small individual items are not available separately.

Hi Mark.

Cheese is correct.  You need to order Festool 202505

This is supplied with a new right angle adapter to fit your CT Mini (replacing the one you have), the threaded hose end to fit your hose (replacing the one you have) and the third supplied part is the retainer which secures the hose to the right angle adapater (the part you've misplaced).

There are no other options via either spare parts or accessories.

In case anyone kicks off about how this is ridiculous, the hose adapters/ends have changed over time, and you can't mix and match the parts depending on when they were made, coinciding with updated models of the various CT's and original hoses included with same.  I've tried.  There's a good reason why they're only supplied as a 3 part assembly, as otherwise nobody would get any work done while they chased down random parts hoping to make a good connection.

So, order up that kit and you're good to go, Mark.
