Need some advice on a cabinet door

I am new to woodworking and building cabinet doors. I am making a cabinet door for a vanity mirror and I may have made the rails too small. I was planning on using a euro style concealed hinge. I discovered today that the rail that the hinge would go on is 1-3/8" which is exactly the size of the boring bit I would use. Any recommendations?
