Need some help find a Window Trim Idea ...

I had saved an article (and since lost it) on trimming out some windows.  It was the a traditional head casing w/ Crown but below the stool it went all the way to the floor with a frame and panel.  I'm looking for that particular design and I THINK it was in Workbench Magazine.  Anyone at all remember the same thing?  I have 100's of plan Ideas I saved but can't find this one.

Any help would be much appreciated.
