Needing to cut radius pieces to form window casings.

  Situation: Radius Window and door transom need 5/4 MDF light cut to fit( Radius is known I dont need the math). This is just S4S there are flex mouldings being applied to memic the other casing in the house. I have a router and trammal setup for my PC. I own the 1400 and I am wondering if there is a way to configure the MFS to produce these pieces. I have approx 20 different sizes to do. Radi are from 24" to 120"

The MFS can be configured to cut arcs of circles. I'm not sure how it would do a section of ellipse. I don't think anybody has tried fixing the 1400 router to the end of a guide rail and pivoting around the hang hole, but that would give you a lot more length on the trammel. I guess if you were going that route, you'd use the PC and trammel. I'd think you'd need to get at least the 2m set of MFS rails for what you're doing.
