Is there a new replacement router of the OF 2200 on the horizon? Stock is scarce, makes me wonder.

Is there a new replacement router of the OF 2200 on the horizon? Stock is scarce, makes me wonder.

  Not sure but getting OF2200s from Festool seems complicated by supply chain issues....we have had a number ordered for almost a year and hopefully we will get some in early September. The prospects for the OF1400 are even worse AFAICT. The fact that Festool discontinued the CMS/OF complicates matters. In NA,  the only plate available for the CMS was the router plate and related attachments. That said, the OF2200 is a really great handheld router IMO. It has some features that are sort of hidden but for a big router, it is surprisingly nimble.
