Hi -
We've recently made available an iPad app (Lee Valley Library) that lets users download and store catalogues on their ipads. We don't plane to advertise it until the new catalogue is out (in a week or so), and some of the catalogues that are there now, will disappear.
While we have no intention of doing away with paper, the app lets you search the catalog, bookmark things, add notes, and email pages. It a great complement to existing media (at a fraction of the weight! [wink] ).
And... it's free.
Version available for Canada, US and the rest of the world, and even one or two in French!
Cheers -
Rob
