Thanks for the heads up, John. I can't replicate the issue you're experiencing. I've sent you a PM.

If anyone else is having issues, please let me know. Thanks.

Not sure specifically what problem was experienced but I use Safari 13.0.5 and can navigate the site with no issues.

No issues for me either.

Ok, this is really odd...the error I keep getting is
Internal Server Error

Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache/2.4.39 (Ubuntu) Server at festoolproducts.com Port 443

Not sure what the deal is, if anyone has any insight, I'd sure appreciate it.  I'm using Safari 13.0.5 (15608.5.11) and I'm on the Catalina OS (10.15.3) 19D76.

It's been broken for me for several weeks.  I've fired it up on Chrome and it seems ok.  So this is just FYI from me, unless someone has some other insight.

Thanks,

John

John, try clearing your cache..
Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data...
Once there search for festoolproducts.com, highlight the entry, then click remove.
At that point I would restart safari and try connecting again.
