As many of you may already know, we've been stocking and selling the Tanos Systainer³ for months now at discounted prices. Also, some of Festool's tools have already transitioned to the Systainer³. FUSA has now officially announced that the full range of Festool Systainer³ will be available.

What's new with Systainer³?

- Backward compatibility with previous generations of Classic and T-LOC Systainers
- New organizers and open-top toolboxes
- Front carrying handle on select models
- New mounting rails for organized storage
- Expanded offering of sizes and types
- Padlock slot for security

Where's the secret decoder ring to decipher the Systainer³ names?

Well, we have done the hard work and sorted this out for you, even converting from metric to imperial. Basically, the letter signifies the width (M, L and XXL) and the number signifies the height in millimeters. The M, L and XXL are all commonly 11-5/8" deep. See below for more details and a handy chart. Note that the Systainer³ M is nearly identical in size to the T-LOC range of Systainers.

What about compatibility and other important aspects of the new Systainer³?

We also have a convenient Systainer³ FAQ on our website that will answer many of the questions you might have about compatibility within the Systainer generations, as well as with products like the MW 1000, WCR 1000, Sysport, Syscart, etc. Here's a quick cheat sheet for you guys.

Where's the video of the Systainer³?

Well, they're right here, courtesy of Festool USA's Sedge.

Curious about the empty M size organizers. Are the bins being offered separately?

Thanks Shane. Now to play with layouts and see what makes the most sense.
