For those of you who want to use your dust extractor with tools that have a 21/4" dust port, I have found that the Bosch VAC004 adapter is a great solution. It adapts 21/4" to 35mm. Both my 27mm and 36mm hoses can be used with this adapter ( I don't know about the 50mm). The beauty of this little guy is that I don't have to dedicate a hose by switching the rotating connectors to both be 50mm.
