Please forgive me, I'm Australian so I'm probably a bit thick -
I use this format to get an answer to my query which is:
I wish to post a query about a Festool Kapex KC120 but I cannot see where I can post a message.
Is there some secret method ?
I've registered this morning, maybe the moderator has to approve me before I can post to the forum ?
I'd appreciate some help here.

Hi Wazza123, welcome to the forum.

If you have a problem with your kapex ks120, you can start a topic in the "festool tool problems" section.
After you click "home" in the top left of the screen, it will be the fourth from the top, click on that, and there will be a "new topic" button near the top of the page on the right.

      On the tool problems board click "New Topic" . That will bring up a page where you can start a topic about your Kapex. If it does not have to do with a problem with a Kapex that you already own, then post you topic on the general Festool board by clicking the "New Topic" button on that board.
