Does anyone know if the new Mini 1 or Midi 1 fit on the older Midi container? I know the new Mini and Midi's are identical except for the tub size. I have a new Mini 1 and have the opportunity to get an older Midi Tub, which would basically turn my unit into a Midi 1, but has the tub design changed or will it fit?  Any help is appreciated.
I'm told the older container is model 494111  man 494152

Older MIDI is on the left, newer MIDI I is on the right.

Cheese-that vinyl tile flooring in your shop took me back to my childhood.  I feel like I am watching "Lassie" in Black+White so many years ago.

That tile flooring is not in my shop...it's in my bedroom.  [eek]

Ya you're all over that...circa 1952 when most of us on this forum were born or there abouts. Which makes me wonder about the future of this forum and wonder if it will still be alive within 5-10 years.  It would however be very refreshing if when younger members joined this forum they would post their birth date.

And Lassie in B&W was a good thing.  [big grin]  But then again so was Paladin... [cool]

Don't worry, Gen X has your back.  And disposable income.

And the tail end of Gen X and most of Gen Y have social media accounts and plenty of "influencers" to keep Festool in front of people's eyeballs.
