New Mobile workshop MW 1000

I liked this field review of the MW, A good assessment of the pros and some cons.

Hi
I recently picked up a version of the MW1000. I went to store the trolley element next to my mft3, expecting them to be the same height and create bit more working surface area. Seems the wheel side of the top is higher than my MFT....is that how its meant to be? Anyone experience similar and have a solution or work around?

TIA

You probably didn't set the axel properly.  It's a B&#!#@! to get in there and I kept thinking I was going to break it.  Swift but firm hit with a soft mallet finally did it for me.

I think Woodferret is right.. be sure that the axle is seated properly - The wheels could potentially fall off - and if they do, you bet it’s going to happen in the worst possible scenario.. [blink]

Congrats with the purchase! I’ve not regretted mine, even just for home use - added one extra adjustable drawer and one SYS-AZ drawer on the bottom. It takes up far less space than the MFT and the drawers are particularly useful for my most used systainers. And when not in use, a very small footprint.
