Just ordered some new festoys. Used my £50 voucher with FFX (Folkstone Fixings) to get the extra £10 off.

I've not ordered from them before, but as well as the above, they do additional discounts for multiple items. The prices were already pretty cheap...

I've bought an OFK500 (which I've wanted for a while!) along with lots of general spares & accessories. I doubt very much it'll all be in stock, so it might be a week or two before it all arrives (plus I have to post them my £50 off voucher before they'll ship).

I priced everything up on festool.co.uk, and at list prices everything comes to £730.92. With FFX's prices & discounts, I got everything for £498.06!!! Quite a deal. No other online dealer even came close, all over £600.

I was going to attend the roadshow at some point & buy everything then, but I seriously doubt I'd have got it any cheaper.

I'm still planning on going to the roadshow anyway (at H. Ellis & Sons in Bradford on Saturday) - who knows, maybe I'll pick up another voucher (and hopefully some freebies!) whilst I'm there...

Sounds like a great deal Jonathan, let us know how quickly the things arrive! I've done a bit of shopping too, took advantage of a 10% off code at tooled-up and got the MFT-3 and a bunch of clamps...am excited for it to arrive. Are you going to pick up the spindle sander at Rutlands? Don't forget the 10% off and free delivery ends at midnight tonight..!

Cheers,
Rick

edit: I see from your other thread you've ordered one!

I nearly (very nearly) bought an MFT3 too, but in the end I just bought an MFT3 replacement top. I'll make my own base for it, and I use bench dogs to square up cuts & I'm more than happy to keep doing that.
