New type of Domino 500

I was just watching the festool Rythm and sound video, and i noticed some changes on a Df500 that came by.
Anyone else noticed this? is this the new and improved df500 version?

Hmm.... given that it has fence pins, this might be a pre-production version of the original 500?

I believe the Protools that were in the video were retouched to change the orange to green. I suspect this is a case of an over zealous video editor. Nothing more. No new or updated Domino in the works.

This video is more than a year old now (when it was shot).

To put it in perspective, I knew about the TSC 55 about two years ago, saw it in person for the first time about  year ago. I know about other products on the horizon that no one on the forum has knowledge of.

While I guess it's possible, I'd be really surprised if something was changing with the Domino and I'm not in the know.

Hmmm... A few years back a friend of mine who was employed by a large well known company, found himself in the situation where things were changing and he wasn't informed in advance about those changes.

Shane, do you really believe someone would go to that much trouble to change the colors in the video from orange to green?  I am a graphic artist and it would take some time to do that in a whole video unless I'm missing something here.  I can see in a couple of photos, but a whole video?  Wow, that would be nuts!  It sure looks real green in the pics.
